Old washtubs are put to good use in my garden.
They not only make great containers for succulents (about which I am crazy!) but I grow potatoes in them too. They look rustic and are rustproof, and they provide a perfect pot for all sorts of plants, as long as you remember to punch drainage holes in the bottom first.
