Sharon Hanna graciously shared photos from the outdoor garden at Queen Alexandra Elementary School, where she is garden coordinator, with GardenWise Online.

The students at Queen Alexandra Elementary School learn to raise food and take care of the 10,000 square foot garden area with the assistance of master gardeners and others from the community.

Sharon Hanna is a regular contributor to Gardenwise magazine. Recently, she and Karen Hodgson launched "HotBeds" - getting people growing in the city.
